You don't need to be senior or know everything. The gap between you and a beginner is the whole point — you remember what was confusing.

Free programs only work if professionals show up. Your hours are what keeps this accessible to students who couldn't otherwise pay for it.
What we ask
- 2–4 hours a month, remote and flexible
- Pair with one student or coach a hackathon team
- Review code, resumes, and project portfolios
- No teaching experience needed — we onboard you
Mentors working with students under 18 complete a background check before being matched.
